Structure

Frame

Each section should be fitted together a male/female joint of 100mm made with an inserted pipe point. Welded or crimped into one of the pipes.

Ridge Beam

4.00m loner, with minimum outer diameter 30mm painted steel minimum wall thickness, in 2 pieces or 4 pieces depending on type of packaging.

Upright Poles

2 upright poles of 2.20m each (end-Plug included), with minimum diameter 25mm painted steel pipe minimum 1.20mm wall thickness, comes in one piece or in two pieces depending on the type of packaging. One center upright Pie of 2.17m each (size without U-Bracket), with minimum outer diameter 30mm painted steel pipe minimum 1.20mm, wall thickness, comes in one piece or in two pieces depending of the type of packaging. This pole comes with a U-shaped metal bracket of 30mm long. The base of the 2 upright poles has a round plastic base plate of 50mm diameter.

Side Poles

6 side poles of 1.25m with minimum outer diameter, 19mm painted pipes minimum in 1mm wall thickness, in 1 piece in 2 depending on the type of packaging. Each pole tomes with a bended 20-30mm pin on top in form of a flat hook. 4 door poles 1.40m with minimum outer diameter 19mm painted steel pipes minimum 1mm wall thickness. in 1 piece or in 2 pieces defending of the type of packaging. The 4 door come with a 50mm pin at the top.

Mud Flap

The mud flap is equipped with 22 eyelets (7 on each sides including corner, 2 on each vestibule sides)

Chimney

Chimney reinforcement with a non-perforated opening is placed at 0.50mm from one corner. The inside dimensions (width x height) are 250mm x 650mm.the chimney flab dimension (width x height) are 350mm x 750mm.

Windows

The outer tent has 2 long windows with mosquito netting and a rain flap running on both sides of the tent. The inside dimension of the window is 2600mm wide and 300mm high and the top edge of the window is placed 100mm below the roof of the tent.

The window flap (width x height) is 3960mm x 400mm.

Ventilators

The outer tent has 2 ventilations openings in front and back with reinforcement netting and a rain flap. The inside dimensions (width x height) are 250mm x 300mm.

One tent with all accessories packed in a bale. Other required accessories including assembling instruction, content list and repair kit included.
